Festa del Latte 2026 in Fiavè

The Festa del Latte (Milk Festival) brings the story of milk and alpine pasture life to Fiavè, with tastings, hands-on demonstrations and family activities. Visitors meet local producers and follow milk’s journey “from stable to table,” through cheese, butter and other local dairy products.

The event is part of the Mese del Gusto Garda Trentino and celebrates the short supply chain and rural culture around Fiavè, in the Giudicarie valley. It is run as a sustainable event (“Eventi Attenti”), suitable for families and anyone curious about the work of local farmers and cheesemakers.
