Ultimate Landscapes 2026: Photo Exhibition in Riva del Garda

“Ultimate Landscapes — The Illusion of Ice” is the photo exhibition hosted by MAG, the Museo Alto Garda in Riva del Garda, dedicated to climate change. Through photographs, sound installations and workshops, the exhibition tells the story of retreating glaciers and the relationship between people and the environment.

The images capture the fragility of glacial landscapes and invite visitors to reflect on the impact of human activity on the climate, with a language accessible to all ages. The exhibition is part of the museum’s winter cultural programme and holds the Mindful Events certification, with a focus on sustainability and inclusion.

A good excuse for a cultural visit to Riva del Garda, easily combined with a walk through the old town or a visit to the nearby Rocca.
