Alchimie d’Autunno 2026 in Santa Massenza

Alchimie d’Autunno is the new 2026 addition to the Mese del Gusto: an afternoon dedicated to the distilleries of Santa Massenza, a village known as the Capital of Artisanal Grappa thanks to its five active distilleries. The event takes place once the grape harvest is over, when freshly distilled grappa begins ageing in wooden barrels, developing colour, aroma and character.

The programme includes a free tour of the village’s five distilleries, with meetings with producers, stories about local tradition, tastings and finger food prepared by chef Paolo Betti. Besides grappa, herbal liqueurs and infusions made with roots and spices also take centre stage.

In the evening, at Distilleria Giovanni Poli, the themed dinner “Grappa in cucina” pairs spirits with dishes created around the best products of the Mese del Gusto.

Alchimie d’Autunno takes place on Saturday, 7 November 2026 in Santa Massenza (Vallelaghi), Piazza San Vigilio: distillery tour from 14:00 to 18:30, “Grappa in cucina” dinner from 19:30 (limited seats, booking recommended).
