Notturnale 2026 — Evening Visits to the Vittoriale, final date 21 August

Friday 21 August brings the 2026 edition of the Notturnale to a close — the series of special evening openings at Il Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera. A rare chance to discover Gabriele d’Annunzio’s residence in a completely different light, with the appeal of a night visit and the panorama over Lake Garda under a starry sky.

The route is lit by an artistic lighting design conceived by president Giordano Bruno Guerri, made possible by an agreement between Regione Lombardia, the Vittoriale degli Italiani Foundation and A2A.

New for 2026: the illuminated Mausoleum

For the first time, visitors can also admire the Mausoleum, recently restored and fitted with new low-heat LED lighting designed to highlight the symbolic ascent towards d’Annunzio’s tomb.

How the evening unfolds

Meeting point at 8:45 pm in front of the Vittoriale gates for a generous welcome aperitif. A guided visit to the MAS 96 and the Park follows, with views from above over the Mausoleum and the Nave Puglia, ending at the Prioria and the Museo d’Annunzio Eroe.

Admission is €55 per person. Tickets can be bought online at vittoriale.it until the evening before, or at the Vittoriale ticket office until 7:00 pm on the day, subject to availability.
