Weekly markets on Lake Garda: day by day

Fruit and vegetable stall at the weekly market on Lake Garda

Weekly markets are an institution on Lake Garda. Every day of the week there is at least one market where you can buy local products, clothes, crafts, and street food.

Monday

  • Toscolano Maderno: lakefront market with stalls selling cheeses and cured meats from Lake Garda.
  • Colombare di Sirmione: small market but with good prices.

Tuesday

  • Desenzano del Garda: the largest market in the lower lake. Malvezzi Square and along the harbor. Hundreds of stalls with clothing, food and local products.
  • Riva del Garda: market in the historic center with products from Trentino.

Wednesday

  • Lazise: picturesque market in the medieval old town. One of the most beautiful on the lake.
  • Salò: along the Art Nouveau lakefront. Great for PDO extra virgin olive oil.

Thursday

  • Bardolino: tourists’ favorite market. Bardolino wine in bulk, olive oil, Monte Veronese cheeses. On the lakefront.
  • Arco: in the historic center, featuring Trentino products and local crafts.

Friday

  • Garda: lakefront market with spectacular views.
  • Gargnano: small and authentic, few tourists.

Saturday
