The Limone sul Garda cycle-pedestrian bridge is one of the most daring engineering works built on the shores of Lake Garda in recent years. Inaugurated in 2018, this suspended footbridge literally runs cantilevered over the rock about 50 metres above the waters of the lake, offering an absolutely unique perspective on Garda, unreachable from any other road or path.
The route runs for about 2.5 km in its most spectacular panoramic part, but the complete route from Limone to Capo Reamol reaches a total of 5 km. The bottom is made of concrete panels with a slatted finish, with steel mesh railings that guarantee safety without interrupting visual continuity. Walking or cycling on this infrastructure, the sense of lightness and suspension between sky and water is absolute.
The route is suitable for everyone: by bicycle it takes 15-20 minutes, on foot about 30-40 minutes. Along the way there are vertical rock faces, seasonal waterfalls cascading down the mountain and glimpses of the Gulf of Limone with its citrus groves. It is one of the most photographed stretches of the entire Lake Garda area and is definitely worth a visit if only for the visual and emotional experience it provides.
In Limone there are several bike rental shops for those who do not have their own means of transport, making this route easily accessible even to holidaymakers who do not travel with a bicycle in tow.

Starting from Limone sul Garda, follow the cycling path that runs along the lakeshore heading north towards Riva del Garda. The route is completely flat and paved, with stretches suspended over the water thanks to cantilever walkways built into the rock.
After approximately 4 km of scenic route, you reach the border with Trentino and continue to Riva del Garda. The return journey can be made by the same route or by boat.
